Vial 1 -At the intersection of a parallel line located 1 cm in front of the vertical ramus of the mandible with the parallel line 1 cm above the horizontal ramus of the mandible.

Vial 2 - 

- 1 cm laterally from the oral commissure

-At the intersection of a parallel line located 1 cm in front of the vertical ramus of the mandible with the parallel line 1 cm above the horizontal ramus of the mandible.

Vial 3- - 1 cm laterally from the oral commissure

 

Recommendation: Spread (fanning technique) the product according to your patient´s needs in order to achieve a tailored made result and the best outcome.

TREATMENT INTERVAL

3 sessions were performed.

Each treatment/vial 4 weeks apart.

If previous material( calcium hydroxyapatite, polycaprolactone etc) my personal professional experience it is to at least wait 6 months after the last injection of those material was performed, in case any delayed complications from that previous material could appear.

Your care remains our priority, both now and in the months ahead. Please find below a few important recommendations to help you look after your treatment and support optimal results.

Should you have any questions or need assistance at any time, we are always here for you.

To ensure optimal results and minimize potential side effects, please follow these recommendations after your treatment:

Immediately After Treatment

  • Mild swelling, redness, tenderness, or small bruises at the injection sites are normal and typically resolve within a few days.

  • Apply a cold compress gently for short intervals (10–15 minutes) during the first 24 hours if needed.

  • Avoid touching or applying pressure to the treated areas for the first 6 hours.

Activities to Avoid (First 24–48 Hours)

  • Intense physical exercise

  • Excessive heat exposure (sauna, steam room, hot baths, sunbeds)

  • Alcohol consumption

  • Facial treatments or additional aesthetic procedures

General Care

  • Avoid makeup for at least 12 hours .

  • Protect your skin from direct sun exposure and use high SPF sunscreen.

  • Stay well hydrated. Now  oyu may start collagen and specific upplementation as recommended in  our clinic if you wish.

  • Resume your regular skincare routine the following day unless advised otherwise.

 

 

 

When to Contact the Clinic

Please contact us if you experience:

  • Increasing pain, redness, or swelling after 3–4 days

  • Signs of infection

  • Persistent irregularities

  • Any unusual or concerning symptoms

Results

Dear patient, as you know this is a regenerative treatment, and results develop gradually over the coming weeks as collagen production is naturally stimulated. Improvement continues progressively, and we look forward to welcoming you next month, as scheduled, to review your progress together. And continue with you next Julaine session.

As mentioned during your visit, we truly wish to be part of this beautiful journey with you. We would be delighted if you could share your progress with us via WhatsApp — photos and short videos, including the pinch and snap tests demonstrated in clinic, are especially helpful.
